Kundalini
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that combines physical movements, breathing exercises, chanting, and meditation to awaken and channel the dormant divine energy within us known as "kundalini." The term "kundalini" refers to the coiled serpent energy located at the base of the spine, said to traverse upward through the chakras (energy centers) when awakened. This practice focuses on activating the dormant energy and directing it through specific channels, you will experience a deep sense of self-awareness, vitality, and inner peace.
Kundalini Yoga aims to raise your consciousness and expanding your awareness by stimulating and activating the kundalini energy. This practice involves dynamic and repetitive movements, called kriyas, which synchronize with specific breathing patterns, mantras, and mudras (hand gestures). The combination of these elements helps to release blockages, purify the energy channels, and awaken higher states of consciousness. This practice is known for its energizing and transformative effects on the body, mind, and spirit. It helps in developing physical strength, improving flexibility, reducing stress, and increasing vitality. Furthermore, this practice enhances spiritual growth, deepens self-awareness, cultivates intuition, and connects individuals with their inner wisdom.
It is important to note that due to the potent nature of Kundalini Yoga, it is advisable to learn and practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher to ensure safety and proper understanding of the techniques involved.

Hatha
Hatha Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on the alignment of the body, mind, and breath through a series of physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. Hatha Yoga incorporates intentional and deliberate movements, holding poses for a longer duration, and controlled breathing techniques to promote relaxation, increase flexibility, and build strength. It aims to create a balance between the opposing forces in our body - the sun and moon energies, also known as "ha" and "tha" respectively. Through the practices of Hatha Yoga, practitioners can find harmony within themselves and with the external world.
Aside from its physical benefits, Hatha Yoga also has numerous mental and emotional advantages. It helps in reducing stress, improving concentration, enhancing self-awareness, and promoting overall well-being. Additionally, Hatha Yoga is suitable for practitioners of all ages and fitness levels as it can be modified to cater to individual abilities and needs.

Yin and Restorative
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and even bones. In Yin Yoga, the poses are held for a longer duration, usually between three to five minutes, enabling you to relax and release tension in these areas. Unlike the more dynamic and active styles of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on stillness, breath awareness, and surrendering into the poses to stimulate deep relaxation and restore balance in the body.
Yin Yoga is not only physically beneficial but also has a profound impact on the mental and emotional well-being of practitioners. The extended holds in the poses allow individuals to access their inner calm, practice mindfulness, and develop an enhanced sense of self-awareness. Rather than striving for perfection or pushing through challenging postures, Yin Yoga encourages acceptance, patience, and self-compassion. It promotes a deep sense of grounding, helps relieve stress and anxiety, and cultivates a state of peace and tranquility.

A playful and interactive form of yoga specially designed to cater to the unique needs and developmental stages of children. Based on the principles of traditional yoga, Children's and Teen Yoga incorporates fun activities, games, music, stories, and imaginative play to engage children and make the practice enjoyable and accessible for them.
Children's Yoga classes typically consist of age-appropriate yoga poses and movements that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. These poses are often inspired by animals, nature, or everyday activities, making it easier for children to relate to and connect with the practice. In addition to physical benefits, Children's Yoga also emphasizes mindfulness, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to enhance focus, concentration, and emotional well-being.
The practice provides numerous benefits beyond physical fitness. It helps children develop body awareness, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
